  • K- Plan was build 200k new homes every year. From 1945 to 1948.

  • A+ 1946 only 55k homes built. No new town until 1951. Labour struggled due to lack of skilled labourers and building material after the war.
  • EV- Material expensive and population rising due to marriage and baby rates rising. 1951 homelessness rate higher than 1931. Achieve least.
