Non-disjunction is when
chromosomes
or chromatids do not split equally during
anaphase.
Polyploidy is mutation resulting in an extra set of
chromosomes
which can create
triploid gametes.
Aneuploidy is when only
one
chromatid fails to
separate
and can result in conditions like down's syndrome.
