    • Chronological format - it is used to emphasized the applicants work experiences progresses. it starts with the complete work experience followed by the educational background ( applying for a job related to his previous experiences, 10-15 years work experience)
    • Functional Format - focuses on the skills noton the work history, used if the applicant changed career or reentering the industry after a long absence. (highschool or college entering the industry)

    • Heading - includes the applicants complete name, current address and contact details such as cellphone number of email address
    • Objectives - reffered to as job objective or career objective, reflects the applicants career goals or intention for applying the job
    • professional summary - also referred to as "career summary" or "career profile" showcases your ability, it includes short job summary, together with your soft skills
    • expertise and achievements - refers to the "professional skills" and qualification of applicant, includes personal technical skills including the certifications and recognition
    • work experience - also called "employment history", "relevent experience" or "work history" the applicant states all previous employment, if no work experience yet, write first the educational background
    • educational background - can also be labelled as academic, academic qualification or education and certifications, write the degree together with your major, minor or concentration and year attended
