    In the beginning,clients learn about anger,when its good and when its not.They look at their own anger patterns and find out what makes them angry

    Clients are taught different skills to manage their anger,like controlling themselves,being more flexible in their thinking and relaxing.Also learn how to communicate better to solve problems without getting angry

    Application(and follow through)
    Clients try out these skills in safe situations,like practising how to handle situations that made them angry before.They get feedback from the therapist and other group members.Later use these skills in real life.
