• Scavengers are animals that eat the remains of dead animals and sometimes plants
• Commensalism - one organism benefits and the other is not harmed.
• mutualism - both organisms benefit from the relationship, but one is not essential to the other
• competition - the struggle for survival and reproduction between individuals of the same species
• intraspecific competition - competition between members of the same species
• interspecific competition - competition between individuals of different species
• commensalism - one organ benefits and the other is neither helped nor harmed
• Symbiotic relationship - a closed relationship between two species
• Ecosystem - interaction between living & non-living things
• Non-symbiotic relationship means both species benefit when together, but they don’t live close together and they don’t depend on each other for survival
