Business Report - Structure

• Executive Summary - name of business, its prime function, its legal structure and reference to its success or failure.
• Government Regulations - as applied to your business (refer to Federal, State and Local - 1 to 2 regulations per part)
• Financial - sources of finance, costs of good/equipment/resources, record of profit
• Marketing - price, product (logo, packaging), promotion and place strategies
• Operations - Inputs (including suppliers), processes (including creating the product, staff roster), outputs
• Swot Analysis - Strengths & Weaknesses (Internal) + Opportunities & Threats (External)
• Must have a title and conclusion (comment on processes throughout assessment, did the group contribute well together, how could you improve for next time?)
