Termination of a Contract

• Performance - when the contract runs its course and both sides carry out their specific duties set out in the contract
• agreement - when all the parties involved come to an agreement on ending the contract
• frustration - if there is an unforeseen event that means the contract cannot be carried out eg. death of a party
• Breach of Contract - contracts are terminated when one party fails to uphold all conditions of the contract - conditions are essential and a fundamental part of the contract
