  information mustn't be withheld from participants, nor should they be misled
• debriefing


  following investigation participants experience must be discussed and if deception was used the purpose of the experiment must be revealed
• withdrawl from experiment


  participants have the right to withdraw at any time
• confidentiality


  all information should remain confidiential and if this cant be guaranteed then the pariticoant must know
• protection of participant 


  participant must be protected by any physical or mental harm
