what is a strength of NML view?
rape, bestiality and incest are not allowed because they are contrary to right reason. not because of potential of childbirth but conflict with good for society and respect for other people involved. Aquinas focused on a virtuous society
what is a weakness of NML view?
sex is only for procreation- some sexual acts don't result in that. Masturbation/sex seen unnatural to humans. Has unitive and procreative functions - way of expressing love
