• Symptoms of anemia are: tiredness, legarthic
• Sickle cell anemia - hereditary disease that causes red blood cells to become sickle/cresent shaped
• Artherosclerosis - build up of plaque due to a diet high in cholesterol
• Heart attack - a blockage in the coronary arteries that supply the heart with oxygenated blood
• Stroke - clotting of artery that takes blood to the head/brain. Brain cells die, person becomes paralyzed
