• prolong grief disorder- a new diagnosis in DSM5-TR characterized by distressing symptoms of grief that continue for atleast 12 months.
• Unspecified mood disorder- a newly added category, it applies to presentation in which symptoms characteristics of a mood disoreder that cause clinically significant distress to others.
• racialized- used instead of "race/racial" to highlight the socially constructed nature of race.
• Ethnoracial- used text to denote the U.S census categories, such as Hispanic, white or african american
• Minority or Non-white- avoided because they describe social groups in relation to a racialized "majority"
• Latinx- is used in place of latino/ latina to promote gender inclusive terminology
