    It is widely accepted by political parties as a constitutional reform. As well as the fact that since 2017 devolution cannot be reversed unless voted on in a referendum. The Scottish Independence vote in 2014 demonstrated the clear cut 10% of those in favour of staying within the UK.
  • How has devolution secured peace on Northern Ireland?
    Through devolved powers to NI under the Good Friday Agreement resulted in power-sharing governments being formed in the NI Assembly between the largest unionist and nationalist parties. Westminster gave NI Assembly full legislative powers. Therefore, resolving a 30-year conflict through devolution.
