Hypothalamus? 
controls the pituitary gland and stimulates the release of hormones from it.
Pituitary gland? 
master gland. posterior (back) releases oxytocin. anterior (front) releases ACTH- stimulates the adrenal cortex which releases cortisol
Pineal Gland? 
releases melatonin which regulates the sleep/wake cycle
Testes? 
Testosterone- male puberty and muscle growth
Ovaries?
Oestrogen- female puberty pregnancy and periods
Thyroid Gland? 
releases thyroxine which regulates metabolism
Adrenal Gland? 
adrenal cortex- produces cortisol and Adrenal medulla: adrenaline and noradrenaline.
