      Sets out the defense of "loss of control" for the crime of murder, which can reduce the charge to manslaughter. Requires the defendant to prove that they lost control in the face of a "qualifying trigger" and that their loss of control was reasonable in the circumstances. Also includes a requirement that the defendant's loss of control was not "significantly impaired" by intoxicants and that they did not have a "significant degree of adverse characteristics".
