    • Insertion: scapular spine, acromion, and clavicle

    • Origin- scapular spine, acromion, and clavicle
    • Insertion- deltoid tuberosity

    • Origin - inferior lateral border of scapula
    • Insertion - medial lip of intertubercular groove

    • Origin- Lateral head - posterior aspect of humerus, long head- infraglenoid tubercle, medial head- posterior aspect of humerus, distal to the lateral head
    • Insertion - Olecranon of Ulna
