    • Individuals will most likely copy a behaviour from an individual they see as role model.
    • A person becomes a Role Model if they are seen to possess similar characteristics to the observer ( MODELLING )
    • Role Models do not need to be physically present
  • Experiment for SLT : Bobo Doll Experiment
    • R1: Children watched an adult act aggressively towards a Bobo Doll, and another one act non - aggressively. RESULT: Children, when given their own Doll decided to act aggressively instead of passively.
