• As these materials come together, Gravity Pulls them into large bodies eventually forming compact terrestrial planets.
• Gas Giants form from the accumulation of vast amounts of hydrogen and helium, creating massive atmospheres.
• Terrestrial Planets are situated closer to the sun and lie within the inner regions.
• The Gas Planets are situated far from the sun and are much colder.
