    The rich man did not help Lazarus, a poor beggar. The rich man went to hell because he did not use his wealth to help others, whereas Lazarus was rewarded for his hardships in Heaven

  • Baptism of Jesus
    Jesus went to the Jordan to be baptised by John the Baptist. As soon as Jesus was baptised, he went up out of the water and "At that moment Heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove...this is my son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased" Matthew 3:16-17

  • Genesis 2 focuses more on the creation of Humanity and separates the creation of men and women
  • Job was a loyal servant of God who was blessed with many great things. As a test, God took those things away from Job to see if he kept his faith. He did and was therefore rewarded. Used to argue that evil is a test of faith from God

  • When Job questions God he responds by saying "because I am God" which shows that God is a mystery that can't be fully understood and we are not worthy to question his actions

    The sheep represent those who helped others and were kind and caring so go to Heaven. The goats represent those who did not help others and will go to Hell
