  • Meaning
    • Is the process used by businesses to identify vacancies in business and attract suitable candidates for it.
    • Aims to find candidates who have necessary knowledge/ experience/ qualification to fill vacancy

    • If internal recruitment is unsuccessful, external recruitment should be considered
    • Place advertisement in appropriate media that will ensure best candidates apply.
