    Macbeth is chiefly a minion of his bravery and takes order from courage itself. He will do anything to make himself courageous as he is a slave to it .When he is told by LM he will live like a coward he cant take it and gets agitated. Typically men were seen as more masculine if they were brave especially men in battle especially kings. Macbeth being a bad king S is criticizing bravery and toxic masculinity.

    Euphemism Macbeth has been given title of brave. At the start he is rewarded for his violence at the end he is punished for it. " dead butcher"- see the clear distinction between them two. At the start he is rewarded for his violence at the end he is punished for it.

    Killed Mcdonald Macbeth revels in killing. At the start he is a hero as he is doing it for his country and the king. Shows his hamartia which is that he loves violence and killing.

    Violence will only lead to mre violence. Blood has heavy connotations of dealing damage and dying. Symbolising his violence but also the foreshadowing that the violence will only stop once macbeth dies and its a never ending cycle. Is he doing it cus he thinks its his fate or just doing it because of his free will. Wasnt just one murder for the crown but multiple in order to keep the crown

    Fleance has escaped. SNake imagery has evil and slithery. Figurative imagery is that they are snakes that are out to get macbeth. Macbeth burned him and decreased to power but still a threat. Macbeth is very paranoid. Use of snake image already. Banquo is image of honesty Macbeth is losing his self awareness and justify his viloence.

    "Wicked" connotes to witches themselves and being evil and cruel, irony as they use it on macbeth. Even the witches thing macbeth is evil and deeply ironic. Witches are supernatural and macbeth alligns himself with the supernatural and therfore thhe audience can see that macbeth has fallen so far down this rabbit hole. he has become an evil person worse that the witches becomes humorous.
