• Procedure for Requisition of Services which are unavailable on GeM

  1. Generate GeM Availability Report (GAR)

  2. Create Custom Bid for Services

  
• Generation of GeM availability report (GAR)

  1. Open GeM website and login

  2. Click on Dashboard

  3. Go to GeM Availability Report (GAR)

  4. Create Manual Report

  5. Enter service name and category specifications

  6. Confirm all possible combinations checked

  7. Choose option to inform GeM or generate report

  8. Verify details and generate report

  9. Download the generated report

  
• Custom Bid for Services

  1. Go to Services under Market tab and search for Custom Bid for Services

  2. Click on Intent of Buying and select Bid

  3. Select Consignees

  4. Fill in service details, compliance, contract dates

  5. Select offering and add to cart

  6. Confirm bid creation

  7. Provide service specification details

  8. Update Consignee/Reporting Officer details

  9. Provide contract duration and estimated price

  10. Provide Eligibility Criteria

  11. Upload additional documents

  12. Select evaluation mode

  13. Provide EMD and e-PBG details

  14. Select applicable terms and conditions

  15. Publish the Bid
