There are
three
emotional characteristics:
Lowered mood
,
anger
and
lowered self-esteem.
Individuals with depression may feel lethargic, or sad regularly, these are often accompanied by feelings of worthlessness and emptiness.
Another emotional characteristic is anger, directed towards themselves or others.
Lastly, depressives experience lowered self-esteem, which can leed to a sense of self-loathing or guilt
