Scene 10

• later in the night Blanche has been heavily drinking, Staney comes homes celebrating as Stella will have the baby by morning
• Blanches says she also has good news. She makes up lies about going on a Yacht and that Mitch came back asking for forgiveness with roses. She also implies how she is so much more high class than Stanley.
• Seeing through these lies Stanley become violent and refuses to let Blanche leave, and Blanche breaks a bottle to try and protect herself
• Stanley overpowers her and carries her off to his bed to rape her.
